Five phases of voting for the Lok Sabha elections have been completed so far, and two phases of voting are still to be done. BJP-led NDA and Congress-led India Alliance are claiming to form their respective governments. Similarly, a famous American political expert has made a big claim about the Lok Sabha elections.
Recently, Prashant Kishor, a well-known election strategist of the country, had predicted that the BJP would get a majority. After that, Ian Bremmer, founder of risk and research consultancy company Eurasia Group and an American election expert, has also claimed that BJP will get more seats as against 2019. Speaking to Hindi news channel NDTV Profit, he said that the BJP will get 305 (+/-10) seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. That means BJP can get maximum 315 and minimum 295 seats.
Bremmer said, Internationally, not just from the US perspective, but from the perspective of the rest of the world. This is an economy that has underperformed for a long time but is now doing a lot better.
This is also a country that was very inward-focused for a long time, but this region is now becoming much more of a global leader. There’s a lot more willingness to take India as a place that you want to do business over the long term…

Meanwhile, Prashant Kishor, an Indian election strategist said that the BJP will do brilliantly in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. BJP will get the same or more seats than 2019 elections. He has predicted that the BJP will make a strong splash in South India in particular.
